30-day money-back guarantee

Musician's Best Friend offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to access your order.
  2. Select the order you would like to refund and follow the instructions.
  3. Alternatively, contact us through the in-app feedback form and we will assist you.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, any unused credits associated with that purchase will be removed from your account. Credits that have already been consumed for AI transcription cannot be restored after a refund.

Failed transcriptions

If an AI transcription fails on our side, credits used for that attempt are automatically restored to your balance — you do not need to request a refund.
