30-day money-back guarantee
Musician's Best Friend offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to access your order.
- Select the order you would like to refund and follow the instructions.
- Alternatively, contact us through the in-app feedback form and we will assist you.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, any unused credits associated with that purchase will be removed from your account. Credits that have already been consumed for AI transcription cannot be restored after a refund.
Failed transcriptions
If an AI transcription fails on our side, credits used for that attempt are automatically restored to your balance — you do not need to request a refund.
